Do you sell "confirmed" style blind boxes?

Yes, we offer specific characters for those who want to skip the "blind" aspect. Please note that for confirmed character items:

  • The box will be opened: To verify which character is inside, we are required to unseal the external packaging box.
  • The internal foil remains sealed: In most cases, the character remains in its original factory-sealed foil bag. If the series does not use foil bags, the product is handled with professional care.
  • New & Authentic: Despite the box seal being broken for verification, these items are brand new and have never been displayed.
How do I know the blind boxes are authentic?

Every blind box series we source features an official anti-counterfeit holographic sticker and/or a unique QR verification code from the manufacturer. We personally inspect the seal and packaging of every box before dispatch. By verifying these security features, we ensure that every collectible in your order is 100% genuine and retail-ready.

Can you source specific series not listed on your site?

Yes. For our wholesale partners looking for specific series or bulk quantities not currently in our active inventory, we offer Sourcing Services. Because of our direct access to the Asia markets, we can often locate specific licensed stock for you. Contact us with your requirements.

Do I have to pay import duties?

Our Standard shipping is fully tax-inclusive, this means the shipping fee you see at checkout covers all applicable duties, customs, and import taxes. Please note that Economy and Express do not cover duties or taxes, these fees may be collected upon delivery.

As the importer, the customer is responsible for any local customs duties, taxes, or fees required by their country’s regulations.
