Return Policy

Due to the nature of collectible blind boxes, all sales are final. We do not offer returns or exchanges for "change of mind" or because a specific character was not pulled from a blind box.

Damaged or Defective Items

We take great care in hand-checking our inventory at our Hong Kong and Shenzhen hubs to make sure it leaves us in perfect condition. However, we understand that shipping can be unpredictable. To help us process any refund or replacement requests efficiently and fairly, we kindly ask that you film an unedited unboxing video of your purchase.

If your order arrives with significant damage or if there was a mistake on our part,
please follow these steps below:

  1. Contact us within 48 hours of receiving delivery.
  2. Provide clear photos/videos of the damaged shipping box and the affected items.
  3. Hold onto all packaging. We may require photos of the packing to file a claim with the courier.

Please note: Minor cosmetic wear on external packaging that does not affect the product inside is not considered a defect, as the purpose of the outer box is to protect the collectible.

Cancellations

If you'd like to cancel your order, please contact us as soon as possible. You can reach us by email or Instagram DM. If your order hasn't been processed yet, we'll cancel it promptly for you!
