Orders are hand-packed with care and sent directly from our sourcing hubs in Hong Kong and Shenzhen to your doorstep! We personally inspect our inventory before sending to ensure quality of products. Please allow 1–3 business days for order processing.

Tracked International Shipping
We only use premium carriers (UPS & FedEx) for our international deliveries. As soon as your package is dispatched, you will be notified of the tracking number so you can follow its journey.
Please allow up to 48 hours for the tracking information to update on the courier's portal.
We calculate shipping based on your order's weight and destination country.
Your total shipping fee will be provided during checkout/order confirmation process.

Parcels that have arrived at the recipient's destination or local post office but are returned due to unpaid duties/taxes are considered customer refusal. Per our policy, no refund will be issued for the order or shipping costs in such cases.
