Orders are hand-packed with care and sent directly from our sourcing hubs in Hong Kong and Shenzhen to your doorstep! We personally inspect our inventory before sending to ensure quality of products. Please allow 1–3 business days for order processing.

Tracked International Shipping
We only use premium couriers for our international deliveries. As soon as your package is dispatched, you will be notified of the tracking number so you can follow its journey.
Please allow up to 48 hours for the tracking information to update on the courier's portal.
We calculate shipping based on your order's weight and destination country.
For online purchases, there is an order weight cap of 4kg.
Bulk-buy or large shipments, please order via Instagram DM, email (orders@plushblindbox.shop), or by the contact form on our homepage.
Your total shipping fee will be provided during checkout/order confirmation process.

Parcels that have arrived at the recipient's destination or local post office but are returned due to negligence such as not responding to the courier or unpaid duties/taxes are considered customer refusal. Per our policy, no refund will be issued for the order in such cases.
